Hertfordshire - Early Years Family English

For parents or carers of children aged 5 and under who want to help their child’s literacy skills.

On this course you will learn how phonics, early reading and writing are taught in school and gain ideas on how to help children develop these skills at home. You will also learn how outdoor learning and messy play can benefit children’s learning.

Throughout the 5 weeks you will be given projects that you can complete with your child so you learn together in a fun and supportive way.
